We have had The Heat and Air Guy come out multiple times over the past few years. Every time we have had them out they have been professional and explained things to us in a detailed manner. Today we had a new unit installed and Christian was our technician. He was so polite, friendly and did a wonderful job.

I'll be the first to state that I never leave reviews but this is deserved.
Everything started out corgial. Then come to find out two hoses burst in my unit and need replaced. Fair enough. A quick search prices them at roughly $10, but let's double that just for maths sake and add $5. I was priced at 1000% markup (no exaggeration) on a job that is probably 10 minutes labor without drive time to buy the hose.
I understand you have a business to run. I understand there are overhead costs associated. All that shouldn't equate to price gouging.
Be wary.

Another company came out and fixed what was broke for free. They also stated it's suspicious how the hoses "busted" and they hadn't seen that before. Very shady business.

We asked for a complete service on our Heating Unit before winter, fireplace and a dryer vent clean out. Our thermostat was malfunctioning and they replaced it as well. Michael and Teagan were prompt and courteous. Very thorough in their work, courteous and respectful in their manners and did an excellent job. We received a report via email with photographs of the inspection and details of the condition of our system that matched the verbal report. We are now on a service plan and they will come back and check the AC in the spring. Peace of mind going into winter is priceless! Chris and his crew are the best!

Technician Kaiden was great! Looked over everything to make sure we were not spending unnecessary money. Would recommend to anyone needing them to look at AC/ Heater.
