BEST BURGER! My sister in law generally hates meat but has consented that this place is changing her mind. It’s that good. Will turn a vegetarian into a carnivore. They only have one thing on the menu and that’s all they need. It’s always packed in there and seating is limited so be prepared to wait. The vibe is very fun, Nic is always socializing with everyone and happy to get to know you. It’s a very unique feel and a top tier taste!
TLDR: maybe the best burger in town. This is a classic “hole in the wall” burger joint, and they knock it out of the park. Juicy, covered in onion, and bursting with flavor. It’s a bit cramped, so you might have trouble on busy days, but it’s worth it!
Definitely a place to try an onion burger when in OKC! Street parking is limited. The place only holds 20 people or so. They were standing room only at 1:30 PM on a Saturday. Consequently, we opted to take ours to-go. If you wanted to sit down to eat come early. The ordering process is broken up into ordering drinks and how many burgers you are going to purchase in general. After a little bit, you order the specific kind of burger that you want. BRING CASH! The staff are friendly and work at a fast and controlled pace. The burgers were seasoned well. We found them to be slightly dry since they cook them to well done, most of us would have preferred a medium temperature. The caramelized onions stole the show! Would go back and recommend you check them out!
Yes, this is one amazing hamburger... Super thick, well-seasoned fresh beef... You can top it with bacon, jalapenos, mushrooms, grilled onions, etc. Nic's is limited on space, but big on experience. He is a friendly and talkative host. You will leave remembering this burger.
Nic greets everybody with a friendly hello and is nothing but helpful in getting you your drink and taking your order while Javon works the grill. Seriously the best burger I have ever had. It is cash only and only holds about 12 people.
