They definitely went above for me. I had an issue with switching over to my phone carrier and they took extra time and work to help me get it done even thou it was my carrier issue and not theirs. The phone I purchased is absolutely 💯 amazing and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of phone. I will definitely be doing all of my phone business with them and referring everyone I know who needs a new one. Thank you again for going the extra for me.

My grown daughter broke the tip of the charger in her phone and couldn't remove it. So I took her dead phone to WSA and it took the service person all of two minutes to fix it. I tried to pay for it, and he stated, "NO CHARGE." I have always had friendly service with this company and I have recommend this place to my family and friends.

I have brought all my phone into Travis and his crew for repairs. They also sell used phones and accessories. I recently bought a Samsung S9. We we told that it was used and if we needed anything else to let them know. The phone is in excellent condition. They are reasonable and the service is awesome. I will always take my phones to Travis and his crew. I know that my property is treated with respect and consideration. When I'm ready for a new phone, I will absolutely, with no doubt, be in to see Travis and his crew about a phone purchase once more.

I took my friend here because we got a referral from his friend and the price was $270 replace an iPad 12.9 Pro 3rd gen screen. The screen was an absolutely shattered all to hell and I think they did a really good job repairing it. The shipment was late so it took a tiny bit longer but it Was not anything to complain about they were friendly and explained everything to us. They answered all of our questions and we bought a $15 screen protector. I would say the prices for everything were not as expensive as I thought they were going to be. Definitely recommend going here
