A few weeks ago I used this service for carpet cleaning. The results were excellent including an area that had gum and a bad stain. The carpet looked brand new! They were very professional and reasonably priced! I highly recommend them and I will use them again when needed.

The owner is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Some pet stains didn't come out with the first cleaning. I called them and they had no questions about coming back and rectifying the issue.
An update; we've used Genesis 2 more times since my initial review. They do a great job. Display a rare type of customer service that one doesn't see too often these days. Genesis is my go to for those hard to get out pet accidents on the carpet.

Maria and Mathew came and cleaned 10 areas in my house. They were prompt, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. We are new to the area so we only had reviews to go off of. All the reviews were true. My carpets look AMAZING. I will be using Genesis Carpet Cleaning's services again. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
