I received a rider from a big box store. This was my first one. It would not move after starting. I called a bunch of places before Pro Power Equipment to follow up on a warranty service. No one really could/would help. Glenn took a few minutes to help me locate the hydrolic pin which was the cause of the issue. Mower runs just fine. He was very kind to help me out over the phone. Thanks again! Super professional!

Took my chainsaw to be repaired. They claimed I needed a new carburetor, plugs and a whole new chain. They tried to charge me $250 bucks. And it was gonna take 3 days to fix. They had sharpened the chain for me a few months back and I hadn’t used it since. When I told them I wasn’t willing to pay that much that much, they returned the saw to me without putting it back together and it was profusely leaking gas all over their store. I ask the clerk why he was returning it to me in suck a ridiculous state and he said “sorry. I’m not the tech”
I used YouTube to figure out how to tune my carb and it works fine now. I’m never coming to these guys for help again. Terrible service. Awful price. Total scam

They were friendly and helpful. Didn't not try to up sale me. Or sale me something I did not need. Explained everything so I knew how to run the equipment I was purchasing.
