The waiter was amazing but the food was sadly lacking. It used to be great, one of my family's favorite places but the quality has gone downhill so much over the last 5 years, at least.
There is only one vegetarian and gluten free option.
The chicken lettuce wraps are still good.

First timers so we don’t have any history to compare it to. Our service was great, she was polite and prompt. Food had good flavor, portions were good. Price was a little high but compared to the economy right now so is everything else. I’d rather pay more for good food than bad. PS the espresso martini is a must!

We arrived during the dinner rush however the restaurant was not extremely busy. It took us roughly 15min before we were asked for our drinks and appetizers. We got the crispy green beans which were great. Nice and crunchy. It then took another 10min before we were able to order our entree. The waiter was amazing and took good care of us. However it took another 20min for our food to come out. I ordered the Mongolian beef with rice and my wife got the honey chicken and lo mein. The lo mein was basically ramen noodles with some oils on them. The beef was slightly burned and the chicken was okay but didn't have much flavor. Overall we will probably skip this for our next date night.

Even though we don't live close by, we make excuses to make the trip to pick up orders to go. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is amazing.
If we don't eat it right away, I like it that they put it in microwavable containers that you can heat up easily.
Can't say enough positive things about this place. One of our favorites

Going to PF Changs in the past was an experience. Not so much at this location. Flavors are still there, but the dinner portions are a joke. There was maybe 4 oz of meat in a dinner portion. I ordered the beef and found shrimp in the bowl. Luckily I am not allergic to shell fish. This could be a game changer for someone with an allergy!! The value is just gone .
Also management needs to have cleaning crew do a little deeper dive for cobwebs and spiders at the tables. My daughter found large ones behind her with active spider.
The maitre d was very attentive and seen wiping menus, etc.. she was being thorough. Manager did a quick soft touch at the table but seemed like he was afraid to have a chat. I worked at PF Changs in Indianapolis years ago and it is not what it was prior.
