I really liked Dr. Kirsch, but his office is the most disorganized, incapable business I have ever seen run. Three weeks for a call back about labs, medication, follow-ups is totally unacceptable. You front office is overwhelmed and your systems to track and respond to patients effectively is broken. Don't go here if it's urgent...you'll probably die first.

Dr Kirsch has been my PCP for 12 years. He is by far the best, most caring, kind, respectful, and knowledgeable Doctor I've ever been to and I'm 57. He gets to know all his patients personally and truly cares. He listens and thoroughly makes sure everything has been addressed and understood. Dr Kirsch not only takes excellent care of me, he also takes care of my Wife's children and my children.
Dr Kirsch always makes sure all his patients understand and Dr Kirsch is so great at informing his patients in a way that he uniquely gives to each Patient so they understand and know they are in the best hands possible
Dr Kirsch
A big thank you to Dr Kirsc and his entire Staff

Why doesn't he realize he works for the patients and can be fired for any number of failures? Being inattentive, rude, arrogant, just to name a few of his faults.

He’s popular because he does pain management too, so be ready to wait awhile for your appointment. Also regardless of your reason for visiting, be prepared to listen to a nonstop barrage about his medical license as you will quickly learn, he cares about way more than he does for you.
The front desk is rather lacking in helpfulness. If you need to get a message to your doctor, it's best to contact the nurses station as the front desk will usually forget to forward them. In conclusion, for some reason, nobody answers the phone there.

I would recommend Dr. Kirsch in a heart beat. He truly cares and takes the time to listen. He factors in so much more than most of these reviews give him credit for. Insurance, medical history, side effects, etc. they all carry weight in medical decision making and he balances them all very well. I feel he does his absolute best in a profession that insurance tries to run.
As far as wait times, every doctor I’ve been to I’ve had to wait, unless they don’t take the time to listen to their patients. He is worth the wait. Once he steps foot in the room, it’s like there are no other pressing matters and no other patients. Again, he’s worth the wait.
Finally, messages from the front desk and him requiring appointments. There have been times they have not required me to come in for an appointment when I have offered if he felt it was needed. If there is ever a new side effect or something we’ve not previously spoken about in person, I would expect an appointment. I’ve not had an issue with them relaying messages but it does take time to get an appointment. Just because you call Monday doesn’t mean there will be an appointment Monday. But he’s always made a way to be available in an emergency situation.
