I remember my dad taking our old Panasonic vacuum to these guys when I was a kid. And fixing ours and friends vacuum cleaners since. Some of the most honest and genuine business people you will ever meet. Just purchased a new Sebo Automatic X4 for me and my wife’s new house. Top of the line, High quality and a joy to work with equipment & service.!
I called and the gentleman helped me on the phone with my situation. Then I went up the next day and he tested my equipment and it was good 💯 I am very happy with this vacuum place I will never go to any other vacuum place ever . The selection of new vacuums is good with a good atmosphere and positivity the place to go for vacuum repairs . My motor is good thanks 😁😊😊😁😁 woooooo
Went based on previous reviews and so glad I did. I went to have a repair. Found them knowledgeable, honest and fair. Not easy to find these days. Plus they have a huge selection of eco friendly cleaning supplies and also carry Lampe Berger diffuser oils and much more.
I appreciate that they didn't charge me for their effort (or lack there of), so that's why I gave an extra star. Other than my fuel and time (couple days overall), but of course I imagine those items are on me regardless. It truly didn't seem like they tried at all. The vacuum didn't power on, so obviously assuming the power supply (wall outlets) is good then for starters, and most likely it'd be the power switch or the power cord of the vacuum itself. Took me a few minutes to unscrew the housing (probably took me longer to get my tools from the box), and instantly it was obvious by simply looking at it and noticing discoloration that the power switch had gone out. For extra measure, I checked the switch and the cord anyways with my multimeter. I got online to search for a part, another few minutes later I ordered a new switch for $10 and had it shipped to my home. Once it arrived, I swapped it out, and the vacuum works fine again. Easy. I've owned it for almost ten years now, so I am quite content with it's service throughout and this outcome. I'm really not sure how long "big box store" vacuums typically last the average homeowners, but at this point I'm happy regardless. So, the next day the shop told me that: 1.They couldn't repair it. 2.Can't buy parts for the vacuum. 3.Said that even if they could find a part it's a mess inside once you open up the vacuum. NONE OF THOSE THINGS WERE TRUE AT ALL as I found out for myself. Honestly, I suppose that it's partially my fault for being too lazy in the beginning by taking it to get repaired by someone else before I even tried to figure it out. But regardless, another strike to the service industry for letting the consumer down again. I only went to this business because it seemed to have a lot of good reviews all talking about how friendly and helpful they were. Not this time apparently. Not sure what I did, or didn't do in my brief interaction with them, I was pleasant with them, my appearance was even presentable. Though I suppose that I'm happy for the rest of you who did get assisted by this place. But for whatever reason they didn't want to help me... *UPDATE* Their reply to this review is actually pretty funny. "Sorry for disappointing you on your visit..." Ha, you didn't do anything, that is the issue! And then no acknowledgment whatsoever. They either don't actually read these reviews, or they really could care less. Listen, if you weren't able to, or wanted to actually try to fix my vacuum, then you should've simply told me that FROM THE BEGINNING instead of waisting my time and fuel by having to leave it with you, just to tell me that the next afternoon anyways...THAT is the problem.
