Great customer service! Chase and Kirt are both real good guys! They will help you out any way they can. Chase handed me and old scrap pump for the parts and here ya go. Going to buy a new pump for my 9hp tomorrow morning.

I had them plumb and install a softwash engine with a metering valve and over a 3 month span, they could not plumb it up correctly. I took 3 different trips to pick up my power washer because they told me it was ready, and one of those trips, the washer wouldn’t even start. Drew, who is the GM, tried to tell me that I could softwash through my pressure washing pump at just as high of a concentration of bleach as a softwash system. Not true at all. So if you don’t mind your engine not turning over, oil leaking everywhere, and your plumbing hooked up wrong with leaks everywhere, then take your washer in for them to work on.
