this place was a breath of fresh air. I was so nervous to go dress shopping, and walking in I seriously felt so welcomed. I hardly have the words to describe how incredible the experience was. everybody on the team at Posh bridal & prom makes you feel beyond special. the girls called me by name, like we had been friends for years. I found THE dress, and I couldn’t have had a better team to help me make this decision.
Grace was an absolute GEM! 💗💗 she made me feel wonderful, and made the entire experience 5+ stars. If you’re shopping for a wedding dress, or any dress, you need a Grace there with you. Enough said. Here’s some pictures to highlight the day.

I came in just to look really, see the difference in fabrics, maybe try something on, if it was even possible. It was my first time even looking. Just stopped by to get info and check some stuff out. They were a little busy so I didn’t try to interrupt but she asked what we were looking for, it was just my friend and I, and she told us it’d be about 2 hours. No big deal. Another group came in right after with her family, and I heard the woman tell her she was going to take care of them first. I barely got acknowledged and no one even said anything when we said thank you, we’re going to leave. I get being busy but if you’re going to skip people for no apparent reason, to cater to bigger groups, you could communicate it. I get I just stopped in, she could’ve told me to come back or make an appointment. Just seemed like she didn’t think much of me or my friend and didn’t want to help us. I was nervous about even stopping by to ask questions, and now i don’t even want to go try anything else on.
Since it won’t let me respond I’ll update this. I understand being busy, my complaint is the lack of communication. She was also distinctly nicer and more friendly to the other group. She could have told me it’d be better to make an appointment and come back. She didn’t even say anything when I thanked her and left. My friend and I were treated like we were in the way. I get being busy, if there had been any communication besides “it’ll be a 2 hour wait, feel free to browse.” It would be a different story, but she wasn’t too busy to be explain and acknowledge the other groups. There was a blatant difference in the way she spoke to my friend and I vs the group behind me.

I was a walk in after a horrible experience at another bridal shop and feeling quite devastated. Abby really listened to me and took to heart exactly what I was looking for and I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on! These people are the sweetest and she remembered me when I came in to pick up my dress 2 months later. I cannot recommend them enough! 10/10 for Abby!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I am up for an award in which I needed a formal white gown, the employees were very rude, critical, and deminishing. There are PLENTY of other dress shops with much nicer people. The owner was kind and genuinely wanted to help my mom and I, but another lady who was supposed to be helping us didn’t show us any dresses we were looking for and constantly refused to do what the owner asked. When the owner asked if we had any luck at other stores and I responded yes there was one at David’s Bridal, the saleswoman laughed at my mom and I.
